BBQ Mexicana
Inspired by Mary Sue and Susan’s travels to Mexico, BBQ Mexicana fuses Mexican spice and traditional American barbecue in burritos, bowls, tacos and salads featuring slow smoked brisket, mesquite smoked chicken, pulled pork, and slow smoked tofu in addition to aguas frescas, beers and margaritas.
BBQ Mexicana is located across from Border Grill inside Mandalay Bay and has expanded to locations inside the Las Vegas Ballpark, Allegiant Stadium, and T-Mobile Arena.
Pacha Mamas
Located inside Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Pacha Mamas serves freshly composed ceviches and seared skewers a la plancha with bold sauces featuring locally grown and organic ingredients, and meats and poultry without any antibiotics or hormones. Menus vary by location.
Border Grill Truck
A uniquely fun way to feed a hungry crowd at any location. The Truck is a party on wheels, perfect for large festivals or any private event, including birthdays, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, office parties, and production shoots. And our famous margaritas are available too!
